At ULQEN, we understand that order plans may change. Our cancellation policy is outlined below to ensure clarity and transparency.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

How to Request Cancellation

  • To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at ulqen.co@gmail.com.
  • Cancellation requests are processed only after verification of order details.

Cancellation Confirmation

  • If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch, you will receive a confirmation via email.
  • If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible and the order will follow the return policy (if applicable).

Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • For successfully cancelled orders, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • ULQEN reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests that are received after dispatch.
